Refund and Return Policies
1. No Return & No Refund After Dispatch
At Megaabazar.pk, we take pride in offering 100% original, high-quality, and imported electronic products, including earbuds, chargers, data cables, and speakers. Each item is carefully tested and verified before dispatch to ensure it is in perfect working condition.
Due to the imported nature of our products and the absence of manufacturer warranties in Pakistan, we do not offer any return or refund once the product has been dispatched.
2. Why No Refunds After Dispatch?
All products are imported on demand and not locally manufactured.
Warranty and return policies from foreign suppliers do not apply locally.
Once dispatched, the item is considered sold as per our import-based model.
We cannot entertain any claims for change of mind, usage dissatisfaction, or compatibility issues after dispatch.
3. Refunds Before Dispatch
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you may request a refund before the product is dispatched. Once the dispatch process has begun (courier booked or handed over), no refunds will be possible.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items (On Rare Occasion)
All items are fully tested before packing. However, if a customer receives a product that is physically damaged during transit, we will review each case individually. The customer must:
Provide clear unboxing video from package opening to product testing (without cuts)
Note: No claims will be entertained without proper unboxing video evidence.
5. Customer Responsibility
Please check all technical specifications before purchasing.
Ensure product compatibility with your devices.
Understand that there are no trial periods, replacements, or warranty claims on imported items.
